This human resources site completely rethinks the way employees (who are humans) access a company’s HR programs and services. Rather than reel off resources alphabetically or by business units, we aligned them contextually by the challenges and needs that people have during different phases of their careers. By amplifying belief that the client provides the environment, tools, meaningful work options, learning opportunities, and benefits we connected managers and employees to the resources that strengthen their experience, and empower them to forge their own path.

The home page empowers users to travel in three different ways depending on how they chose to use the site. The nav bar at the top, the ‘I want to’ list below the fold, and the chaptered modules further down each serve as entry points into collections of thematically bundled resources.
Contextualized Resources
Content pages aggregate programs and tools around common themes employees naturally experience throughout their careers. With branded copy and motivating calls to action, each module provides access to a specific resource or collection of programs.
Original Blogs
The site also includes a couple original blogs (one of which is below). As two of many self-directed pathways, this content serves as an authoritative collection of advice for employees to explore as they consider switching careers within the company or maximizing their benefits during a life event.
